We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse Assistant (Undersköterska) for our short-term care facility, Linden. Here, residents stay with various needs, such as while awaiting specialized housing, during illness with cognitive impairment, social difficulties, rehabilitation needs, or end-of-life care. The facility has space for 12 residents and is staffed by 15 nurse assistants who work in teams together with social workers, registered nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nurse assistant, you work based on the individual needs and conditions of our residents. Your duties include personal care, delegated medical tasks, end-of-life care, and participation in various training programs and individually planned activities.
The role also includes meal preparation and other practical tasks within the living environment.
Documentation according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act is a natural and important part of the assignment.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a qualified nurse assistant with experience in elderly care. You are confident and responsible in your professional role and work professionally according to current routines and guidelines.
Working at a short-term care facility involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals, requiring good teamwork skills and an empathetic, respectful approach that contributes to the residents' sense of security and a good care environment.
You have a high level of service awareness, are attentive to residents' needs, and communicate clearly. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills, as documentation is an important part of the work. You also have the ability to handle stressful and varying situations in a professional manner.
Experience working in short-term care facilities, rehabilitation, or care for complex medical needs is an asset. We place great importance on personal suitability.
To work within our operations, you must be at least 18 years old.
